We immediately fell for this oasis of light and peace, just a breath away from the Zuid district. The façade is exceptionally wide: eleven metres and five large windows — where do you still find that? The living area is flooded with light all day long, truly unique, especially in the city.
We always call this a “positive apartment,” the kind of place friends and family instantly fall in love with. Its unique character, the beautifully renovated townhouse, the light… we fully understand their reaction. Thanks to its logical layout, the floor plan also feels very natural. There’s a great flow between the cosy sitting area, the kitchen, and all the surrounding rooms. And then those high ceilings and the stunning herringbone parquet throughout almost the entire apartment… They truly complete the picture!
In summer, enjoying a glass of wine and a chat with the neighbours, or retreating with a good book on the patio… everything just happens naturally here. All the neighbours together form a unique little community, in the most relaxed sense of the word: wonderful people who helped make our house a real home. And of course, the location is the final cherry on top. I’m convinced that the new owners will experience fantastic moments in this unique place.
