The location of my flat is top notch! I am immediately in Antwerp city centre, quickly on the motorway to Brussels and yet close to beautiful parks such as Den Brandt and the Middelheim.

The presence of a concierge was also decisive for me. Living alone is a big step in itself. The thought that there is always someone in the building you can count on gives a nice feeling.

Charm, light and visibility are the key words for the property. And the terrace is the icing on the cake. Blessedly south-facing and with a super view.

I am going to miss this place!
