When I moved here ten years ago, I wanted an authentic loft, like the ones you see in Hollywood films. This distinctive house still fulfils this desire. This is evidenced by a report SNOEKS made of the loft, and by the enthusiasm of VTM, who recorded five episodes of Zone Stad here.
Given my busy professional life, I want to find silence and privacy in my home. For me, a home place should be a haven of tranquillity. The opportunity to read a book, listen to music, dine with friends.
And space, of course! Having enough space is blissful. It gives you physical and mental freedom, lovely!
The loft has underfloor heating throughout. This gives a particularly pleasant warmth and emphasises the special character of the house.
Besides peace and quiet and space, I also love the buzz of the city. And because of its location, I can still go for breakfast at the Museum of Fine Arts. To me, that's pure luxury! Using the advantages of the city without experiencing the disadvantages.
