We found this property purely by chance. A studio was a must for me as a set designer. I had an appointment further down the street in a dilapidated house with a small studio space.

Seeing that the estate agent was late, I briefly explored the neighbourhood. In the process, I stumbled on a sales sign attached to this property. It was love at first sight! The facade looks fantastic. The whole property exudes authenticity and cosiness.

And then the house also had a large studio! We were completely sold!

We kept the aesthetics and history of the house. We did optimise the house completely to today's standards in terms of energy, electricity, heating, kitchen and bathroom.

It has become a gem!
