My father is an arborist and works in the Vrieselhof. We have always lived rural with lots of greenery around us. When buying a first flat, it initially seemed to me both budget-wise and practically impossible to attach a large garden to a starter home. Until we fell upon this ground-floor flat! A blissful oasis of peace and greenery right in the city centre. Karen always says we combine the ideal of two worlds: the city at the front, the farm country at the back.

We did everything in the house, really everything. Pipes, electricity, insulation, windows, kitchen, bathroom, floors, walls, everything is new. Moreover, we pay only EUR 5 in common costs per month, peanuts. It is enjoyable here. In winter or in the evening, cosily watching TV in the living room. In summer or in the morning, the living kitchen is a delight. Fantastic house with an even more fantastic garden!
