You are the driving force behind the growth of the Immodôme office in Ghent, currently home to two team members. With your energy, network and commercial flair, you increase local visibility, strengthen the regional presence and actively build a strong reputation and a solid client portfolio.
You actively seek out new opportunities. You prospect, conduct cold calls and network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
You lead acquisition meetings, prepare property valuations and close brokerage agreements with sellers. You manage the entire sales process and mediate between owners and prospective buyers to create the perfect match.
You organise regional initiatives such as architectural walks, open houses and in-home vernissages to enhance Immodôme’s visibility and brand awareness.
You support your fellow real estate agents in Ghent with valuations and negotiation strategies, and motivate them in prospecting and taking initiatives.
You can rely on a strong back office that supports you with planning and administrative tasks. Our legal and marketing experts work alongside you to position properties optimally in the market and support an efficient and successful sales strategy. This allows you to focus fully on sales and managing client expectations.
You are a confident and fluent communicator who builds long-term relationships effortlessly and has an extensive regional network. Taking initiative is in your DNA — you naturally spot and create opportunities. With a strong commercial drive and a true hunter mentality, you are highly results-oriented. You remain calm and focused, even when guiding clients through complex buying or selling processes. You are helpful, empathetic and a natural leader. A passion for architecture and aesthetics is essential, combined with a positive work attitude and an independent, entrepreneurial mindset.
Residence in the Ghent region (Sint-Martens-Latem, Nazareth–De Pinte, Nevele, Oosterzele, Merelbeke, Melle, Laarne, Destelbergen, etc.)
A completed education of at least three years or BIV accreditation
At least six years of relevant experience in a residential real estate agency
