Those who know Matthias know that he loves being around people. Immodôme’s personal approach, where every home has its own story to tell, perfectly matches the way he views real estate.

Born in Waregem, but now fully at home in Ghent. Matthias is someone who enjoys discovering new places, meeting new people and quickly finding his way in unfamiliar surroundings. That openness and curiosity also define his approach as a real estate agent.

After starting his career in real estate, Matthias quickly discovered how much he enjoys the human side of the profession. Guiding people through the sale of their home or helping them find a new place requires more than just market knowledge — it is about listening, building trust and understanding what truly matters to each client.

Matthias developed his strong social mindset from an early age. He was actively involved in the Chiro for many years, first as a member and later as a leader and head leader. An experience that perfectly reflects who he is today: someone who takes responsibility, enjoys working together and gains energy from connecting with others.

When Matthias is not focused on real estate, he enjoys exploring new places. He loves travelling to new destinations, discovering live music and can often be found enjoying a cosy terrace in Ghent. Recently, he has also started taking his first steps on the tennis court.

With his enthusiasm, dedication and eye for detail, Matthias strives every day to create the right match between people and their next chapter.
