The style, light and space of this flat was the absolute deciding factor.

owner speaks out

The proximity to the parks - Middelheim Park and Nachtegalen Park - combined with a quick connection to the ring road and the city, were important to me in my search for a place to live.

The style, light and space of this flat were the absolute deciding factors. I completely love the authentic fishbone parquet and the high ceilings. You don't find this in a new-build flat. There, everything is small and tinkered with. In this flat, you have a spacious and stately feel.

Yet everything was brought up to today's energy standard. The roof was insulated in 2015. The flat has double glazing. Moreover, we also provided air conditioning. Lovely with hot weather!

I do my shopping in the Spar on the corner, a pint in the Chasse Royale, for pistoletekes by bike to Le Bleu. Everything within easy reach!
