On the site of the former customs building in the Cadix neighbourhood of Antwerp, CORES Development and Builprom developed a residential concept, which, in addition to flats, also includes space for a residential care centre, recognised assistance houses, flats, catering facilities and shops.
On the inside of the building, a green courtyard was created on the ground floor and a spacious car park is provided underground.
In this way, not only was a suitable climate created to attract catering establishments and shops in the neighbourhood, but these facilities are also integrated into the concept of the building itself.
Through the mix of functions, Cadiz clearly presents itself as the beating heart of the Cadix neighbourhood.
