This retail space is very close to our hearts. Ten years ago, we laid the foundations of Immodôme right here. Today, we are a team of twenty with countless sales behind us. Due to Immodôme’s growth, we are now moving to a larger building with more workspace. This property, its location and its layout have truly done wonders for Immodôme. We were looking for a central spot, and the high foot traffic and strong visibility were key for us. With a 15-metre frontage, you simply can’t be missed. It offers enormous potential for product exposure — and it’s simply a great place to work. The interior design was created together with Marc Lauwers from A Living Gallery. He designed the glass mezzanine at the back, giving access to the basement. This intervention added dynamism to the space while improving efficiency through more light and a generous staircase leading to the basement and the restroom. The terrazzo floor is still an absolute eye-catcher, very on trend — I’m completely in love with it.
