Hmm, in Antwerp city centre, lots of space, a garage and a garden - not common unfortunately.
The owners, Philippe and Sofie,

owner speaks out

We bought the property in 2013. We were looking for the ideal place to start a family and still enjoy the dynamics of the city.

Considering we work hard and late, a garage was a must. In a previous house, we had no car parking space and still had to drive around for half an hour every evening to find a spot. Particularly annoying...

We wanted a garden to enjoy the summer days and as a place for our little ones to play to the full.

Hmm, in Antwerp city centre, lots of space, a garage and a garden - not common unfortunately.

When visiting this property, we did not hesitate for a moment. It involved a total renovation, but that didn't stop us. On the contrary. It gave us the opportunity to put our own stamp on the property.
